- Built transparent, inclusive processes that connect conservation goals with economic opportunity
- Provided communications, organizational reviews, change management, and leadership support to strengthen delivery
- Assisted the Fisheries Solution Center and supported program design, training, and mentoring for distributed teams
- Worked across North and South America, Europe, and Asia, including work in Sweden that is evolving into a model for reform
