The FSC needed a clearer operating model (roles, processes, and resourcing) to deliver at speed across very different regulatory and cultural contexts.
Our approach
We aligned the Center’s leaders, listened across regions, and reviewed how the work gets done.
- Convened a working session with twelve core leaders to align purpose, priorities, and services
- Conducted a dozen-plus stakeholder interviews across regions to surface needs and value perceptions
- Reviewed structure, workflows, and revenue options to strengthen discipline and stability
- Provided targeted recommendations on visioning, process improvements, and relieving organizational stressors
